Refund Policy

1. Independent bookings

Refunds for orders placed on aquadome-booking.com are handled by Anna Berger. Contacting the hotel directly will not cancel or refund a purchase made on this domain.

2. Standard rule

You may cancel with a refund until 7 days before arrival. After that the prepayment is non-refundable except as required by law or stated in your confirmation. A booking deposit charged at checkout is applied to the stay. No-shows and unused nights after the deadline are not refunded.

3. When we may refund or rebook

We may offer a refund, credit, or new dates if we cannot fulfill a confirmed stay, if the hotel is closed for the entire reserved period, or if there was a clear error on our side (for example a duplicate charge). A change of spa programme or restaurant hours is not automatically a full refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@aquadome-booking.com or write to Anna Berger, Salurner Straße 15, 6020 Innsbruck, Tirol, Österreich. Include the order number, dates, and a short description. Approved refunds return to the original payment method.
